Discover the stories at the heart of this maritime town
It’s 2021 and our volunteers are welcoming in the new year and visitors to the museum. Artefacts previously in storage have been added to refurbished displays and the newest exhibit, Pilot Vessel Mavis III, can be viewed in the museum grounds. The museum is open 7 days from 11am-4pm with stories from 180 years of maritime history including the fishing families of Queenscliff, boat builders, ferries, pilots, and the Lifeboat Queenscliffe and its rescues in Port Phillip and at The Heads.
